Introducing TWB

At The Wellness Brokers, we have a roster of leadership coaches and wellness professionals dedicated to delivering holistic solutions for your team. We pride ourselves on offering a 'bottom up' approach - by integrating wellness initiatives with learning and development programmes, we enable employees to recognise the intrinsic value of nurturing both personal well-being and professional growth simultaneously.

From Transactional Relationship training to Breathwork therapy to hypnotherapy. We are Wellness, with a wide W.

Why is this Needed Now?

We are craving deeper connections to ourselves and each other. Employee burnout and screen-time exhaustion are at an all-time high and it is costing businesses significantly in lost hours and the recruitment and training of new talent. We are on a mission to broaden people’s idea of ‘wellness’ from an online app and discounted gym membership – to curated in-person services designed to serve your company’s culture, and ensure your employees and staff feel seen, heard and valued.

Because wellness at work means happier, connected, and more fulfilled people, who bring greater results.

TWB’s Point of Difference

We exist to create programmes for your people, and your business – curating initiatives which aim to support your staff’s wellbeing and provide your company with the tools to lower burnout, increase retention and foster a culture of connected and mentally robust staff.

Apps and more screen time are not the answer when it comes to wellness. Corporations need to start thinking of the mental health and wealth of their employees as foundational to the success of their company. In providing bespoke solutions that get to the core of an individual’s challenges with regulation and integration tools they will feel sure their company is invested in them and their wellbeing.
